Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes how requests to refund a Halo purchase or charge will be handled. This is a structural draft; it does not yet state a binding refund commitment and must not be treated as one.

The conditions under which a charge qualifies for a refund — such as first-time purchases or billing errors — will be defined here: [TO BE COMPLETED — refund eligibility criteria]. Halo is a one-off purchase, so there are no partial or pro-rata refunds of an unused subscription period to consider.

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider, so we have the opportunity to resolve the issue directly. Our approach to chargebacks will be detailed here.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by other reasonable means before they take effect.
